Refund and Returns Policy

At Best Buyerz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’ve made our returns and refunds process simple and transparent.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Certain items (such as personal care products, perishable goods, or digital downloads) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).


3. Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color (if available).

  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team before returning the product.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Intimate, sanitary, or health-related items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final-sale items


5. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Securely pack your item and ship it to the address provided.

  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.


6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

    • First, check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
